I just wanted to give a shoutout to TJ and the entire staff here at Critz. I bought a GLK350 that (unbeknownst to me) was from up north and had severe rust on the rear suspension. The rear subframe, control arms, springs, etc. were rusted so badly that the subframe essentially started disintegrating and subsequently other components were breaking as well. The subframe was covered under an extended warranty but the other parts weren’t. TJ was very patient throughout the entire process and even when I had to push my pickup day back due to not having sufficient funds, I was still treated with courtesy and patience. I appreciate everything and you guys have a lifelong customer in me.

My husband and I were at the dealership today very ready to purchase a new 2024 vehicle. After we had them run some numbers on our trade in, they came back with an embarrassing number. The manager and salesman informed us that it was due to issues with our vehicle and low amount they could get at the auction. They also included that it was too much to fix to be able to sell it themselves. The main issue with our vehicle they said was a strange studder/vibration and issue with our steering losing powder. Seeing that we have this vehicle maintenance regularly at the dealership we purchased it from we thought this was strange. After we decided that the low ball trade offer that was less than half of the Kelly Blue book trade in value, we decided to pass on offer. Once back in car we noticed that they had left our car in 4WD during inspection which on dry pavement would obviously cause said shudder when turning . They also ran our vehicle as a base model when it is a limited which is worth far more in value. We called and informed the salesman of their mistake with this and there was no call back as promised . Be aware when trying to trade in at this dealership .
My car was due for service for the first time and I called prior to coming into the dealership to avoid any issues. I was not given the information that was required to make my experience pleasant. The customer service was not good, and I guess it was due to the fact that I didn't purchase my car at their location. I know that the closest dealership is in Hilton Head, but I would rather make that drive then allow anyone at this place to service my vehicle again.
